Job summary

IDEA Public Schools seeks a Testing Coordinator to ensure students take all eligible tests with approved accommodations in a data-driven environment. The role collaborates with campus partners to support leadership decisions and family engagement, contributing to the mission of helping scholars progress to college.

The position offers an hourly compensation range and a comprehensive benefits package, including parental leave, tuition reimbursement, mental health support, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma; 48+ College Credit hours preferred.
• Experience: Educational experience preferred, but testing experience valued; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.) preferred

Responsibilities

• 100% of students have high-quality testing environments for district, state, and national tests.
• TC will attend 100% of scheduled trainings with the national Assessment Team
• TC creates and communicates the campus testing plan to manager, lead team, teachers, and staff
• TC coordinates with campus IT to ensure online testing readiness and proper equipment
