Position Overview: The Testing Lead provides quality excellence, leadership and mentorship for the testing team across our Unified Platform including Salesforce and our contact center solutions. They should have a thorough understanding of multiple technical areas and industry-standard best practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality software. The Testing Lead works closely with the Testing Manager to coordinate and execute day-to-day testing activities ensuring coverage across the platform, assigning tasks and monitoring team progress, providing guidance, and ensuring that testing activities are executed according to the test strategy.
