Job summary

IDEA Public Schools is seeking a Testing Coordinator to support data-driven decisions by ensuring all students take the appropriate tests with approved accommodations. The role focuses on creating efficient testing environments and coordinating with campus partners and the National Assessment Team.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple testing projects with accuracy and urgency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; 48+ College Credit hours preferred.
• Educational experience preferred, but testing experience valued.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% of students take all applicable tests with approved accommodations.
• Create and maintain campus testing plans in coordination with the National Assessment Team.
• Coordinate with IT to ensure online testing readiness and reliability.
• Audit testing materials and accommodations for SPED/ELL/504/RTI populations.
• Lead campus testing trainings and communicate schedules to families.
