Job summary

IDEA Public Schools in Florida is seeking a Testing Coordinator to ensure 100% of students have the appropriate testing accommodations and environments, enabling reliable data to drive decisions.

You will partner with teachers and leaders to manage training, testing schedules, equipment readiness, and coordination with IT, while promoting compliance and smooth administration of district, state, and national assessments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Educational testing experience preferred.
• Superior organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
• Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing.
• Ability to problem solve in the moment.
• Open to feedback to improve work.

Responsibilities

• 100% of students at the school/campus have high quality testing environments for district, state, and national tests, allowing them to perform to their best ability.
• TC will attend 100% of scheduled trainings with the national Assessment Team.
• TC will create and communicate the campus testing plan for every district, state and/or national assessment administration to their manager, lead team, teachers, and staff, in accordance to the timelines presented by the national Assessment Team.
• TC is responsible for communicating the testing schedules and any other applicable updates to students’ parents/families.
