Job summary

North Slope Borough School District seeks a Building Test Coordinator to oversee state and district testing across MAP, AIMSweb, WIDA and PEAKS. The role acts as a liaison between school staff and the Curriculum & Instruction Department to ensure secure, timely assessments.

You will train test proctors, create test sessions, verify accommodations, coordinate materials, and work with counselors and administrators to maintain testing schedules and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating standardized testing in a school setting.
• Ability to train staff on test administration and security.
• Strong attention to accuracy, documentation, and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Create all test sessions for students in your building, at least one day prior to testing.
• Arrange training for test proctors and ensure they can log in to the testing site.
• Coordinate with Curriculum & Instruction and Assessment on testing windows and schedules.
• Verify accommodations with the Counselor, SPED teachers, and classroom teachers.
• Assist in ordering and securing MAP, AIMSweb, and WIDA materials.
