Job summary

Responsibilities

• Filing of test scores
• Answering the telephone and taking accurate messages
• Making copies
• Delivering mail and other items to and from the office
• Serving as a receptionist
• Serving as a test proctor (on a limited basis)
• Assisting in keeping the office in appropriate order (cleaning, vacuuming, watering plants, etc.)
• Entering data on the computer
• Typing
• Using some computer programs
• Collating and preparing materials for scanning or dissemination
• Running errands
• Other duties as requested by the Director or Testing Assistant
