College of DuPage is seeking an Instructional Assistant III for Addison, IL. This part‑time role focuses on testing administration, instructional support, and customer service in the Testing Services area.

The successful candidate will help manage test delivery, support students and faculty, and uphold academic integrity and FERPA policies. Responsibilities include coordinating with IT and testing vendors, assisting with lab operations, and mentoring new assistants while ensuring a positive

Competenze

• Education requirement: two years college or equivalent in an educational setting; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
• Proficiency in spoken English; basic computer skills expected.

Mansioni

• Provide test administration and instructional support in Testing Services.
• Handle multiple test delivery methods and assist examinees and vendors.
• Maintain testing center operations and provide customer service.
• Follow FERPA and testing integrity policies; monitor and proctor exams.
• Troubleshoot software issues and coordinate with IT and testing vendors.
• Supervise proctor certification status and assist with training new IAs.
• Coordinate information sessions and outreach for Testing Center services.
• Assist students with COD systems like MyAccess, Blackboard, etc.
• Support faculty with test submission procedures and policy information.
• Plan and conduct sessions informing students of available academic support services.
