Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet and database applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.

Responsabilités

• Schedule testing appointments and tutoring sessions.
• Process candidates upon entry to the testing center following guidelines.
• Close out exams after testing with proper procedures.
• Coordinate testing materials pre- and post-testing.
• Maintain testing facilities in a neat, secure condition.
• Coordinate with testing agencies and handle payments/reports as needed.
• Provide training for new proctors and testing assistants.
• Compile testing data and prepare usage reports.
• Maintain secure records and files for students, tests, and appointments.
