Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight for day-to-day operations and leadership of the Testing Center.
• Develop and update the center's services, policies, and procedures.
• Communicate program policies to campus and maintain testing integrity.
• Collaborate with Admissions to assist newly admitted students in navigating testing.
• Serve as systems administrator for testing platforms and coordinate upgrades with IT.
• Oversee and administer CLEP exams and report scores.
• Promote Kaplan all-access agreement with Xavier University of Louisiana.
• Hire, supervise, train, and evaluate testing center personnel.
• Maintain Testing Center statistics and prepare periodic reports with recommendations.
• Ensure a secure, productive, and distraction-free testing environment.
