Job summary

Bollinger in Pascagoula, MS is seeking a TEST & TRIALS WORKER-B to perform preventive maintenance on vessel equipment and support test and trials activities. This full-time, on-site role requires hands-on mechanical and electrical skills and the ability to follow defined procedures.

You will conduct required PM tasks, maintain maintenance documentation, and collaborate with the department manager and vendors to address deficiencies.

Qualifications

• Considerable knowledge of shipbuilding processes and industry standards and regulations.
• Good knowledge of testing equipment and measuring devices.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings.
• Ability to interact with customers, management, and employees in all areas within the division.

Responsibilities

GENERAL FUNCTION: Implements Preventative Maintenance Procedures for all vessel equipment, in compliance with customer and Vendor requirements.

EXPERIENCE & TRAINING: 3-6 years’ experience in shipboard Mechanics and/or Electrical disciplines or any equivalent combination of experience and training which results in the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
