Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Test Technician to join a global leader in designing, building, and servicing critical infrastructure. You will perform functional testing on UPS, Chargers, and Inverter modules, assist Test Engineers, and verify conformance to requirements in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves testing electrical systems, designing instrumentation setups, and collecting data while collaborating with multiple departments to meet safety and agency standards.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Electronics or 1 year of equivalent experience.
• Experience with 208V or higher electrical systems is preferred.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills and familiarity with power systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional testing of UPS, Charger, and Inverter modules.
• Conduct witness tests and assist Test Engineers during tests.
• Verify conformance to all specified requirements.
• Operate test bays/stations and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair faulty components.
• Review orders to ensure product quality and compliance.
