Precision Fuzing and Sensors in Middletown, CT is seeking a Test Technician I to support testing of electronic assemblies, troubleshoot components, and develop test methods. The role emphasizes bench testing, environmental testing, and collaboration with test and design engineering to ensure product reliability.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of testing experience, basic instrumentation skills, and the ability to interpret schematics and blueprints.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of testing experience required.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and process instructions.
• Proficient with common testing equipment (DMM, scopes) and basic computing.

Responsibilities

• Test and troubleshoot electronic assemblies under supervision.
• Perform bench testing and final acceptance testing.
• Interpret data and troubleshoot performance variations.
• Set up production test equipment, including thermal chambers and oscilloscopes.
• Document results and report unusual conditions to supervision.
• Remain on-site for work setting as required.
