Job summary

Precision Fuzing and Sensors in Middletown, CT is actively hiring a Test Technician I to support Test Engineering by troubleshooting components, assemblies and sub-assemblies and taking corrective actions. You will work with testing equipment, thermal chambers, vibration equipment, multimeters and oscilloscopes.

The role requires reading blueprints and schematics, performing bench and environmental testing, analyzing data, and documenting results while ensuring calibration standards and quality

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of testing experience.
• Basic math and measurement instrument use.
• Proficiency with computers and basic software.

Responsibilities

• Test and troubleshoot various electronic assemblies under supervision.
• Follow blueprints and schematics to perform complex electronic testing.
• Interpret test data and troubleshoot variations.
• Set up production test equipment including thermal chambers and oscilloscopes.
• Document findings and ensure calibration standards.
