SAF-HOLLAND, Inc. is seeking a Test Technician to join its engineering team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will support product development, evaluate tests, and help improve innovative products using servo-hydraulic testing equipment and fabricated components.

The role emphasizes accurate testing, documentation, and collaboration with engineers to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with ISO and QMS standards while maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years in hydraulics, machine shop operations, fabrication or welding.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform product testing according to established procedures and report results.
• Set up and operate servo-hydraulic testing equipment.
• Fabricate parts, fixtures and components for testing.
• Record, document and prepare test reports and data logs.
• Inspect calibration status of testing equipment.
• Maintain hydraulic units, fixtures, and testing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair damaged fixtures and components.
• Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and testing procedures.
• Collaborate with engineers on product evaluation and development.
• Ensure ISO and QMS compliance.
