Saf--holland-5 seeks a Test Engineer to drive validation of commercial vehicle systems. You will plan and coordinate laboratory, field, durability, performance, and environmental tests, and ensure robust verification through DVP&R creation, test methods, and equipment readiness.

The role emphasizes developing practical testing fixtures and setups, interpreting engineering drawings and standards, and maintaining organized validation documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, testing methodologies, and problem solving.
• Experience with data acquisition systems and engineering analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and coordinate product validation activities (laboratory, field, durability, performance).
• Develop and maintain DVP&Rs, test methods, procedures, and specifications.
• Design and implement test fixtures, adapters, and lab setups to support validation.
• Interpret drawings, specs, and standards; troubleshoot and analyze test results.
