Job summary

Thales Defense & Security, Inc. is seeking Test Technicians for 1st and 2nd shifts in Clarksburg, MD. Candidates will perform testing and troubleshooting on electronic assemblies. First shift hours are 5:00 am to 2:30 pm, while second shift runs from 2:30 pm to 12:00 am.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• 2-4 years of equivalent experience.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs with or without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Perform board and unit level testing per test procedures.
• Properly connect test equipment.
• Support Environmental Stress Testing (ESS).
• Maintain a compliant work area.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written skills

Fluent in English

Basic electronics terminology

Familiar with test equipment

Experience with Excel, Word, Outlook

Education

2 year Electronic degree or equivalent
