Raytheon in Chesapeake, VA is seeking a Test Technician for onsite work. You will perform functional and performance testing on electronic and mechanical systems, troubleshoot issues, document procedures, and support process improvements with engineering teams.

Requirements include a HS Diploma or AA/AS with at least 4 years of testing experience, familiarity with testing equipment and software, and U.S. citizenship. Onsite first shift with a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Conduct functional and performance testing on electronic and mechanical systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve test failures and anomalies.
Document test procedures and results accurately.
Collaborate with engineering teams to improve test processes and methodologies.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Maintain and calibrate test equipment.
Generate reports on test status, issues, and actions.
This is a 1st shift, onsite position.
