Test Technician

Location: Riverside, CA

Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 5 AM - 1:30 PM

Job Duties
  • Conduct product and equipment testing following established quality and safety procedures.
  • Assemble and disassemble equipment using verbal and written instructions.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and process diagrams.
  • Record and maintain accurate test data, inspection results, and production documentation.
  • Review work for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to meet operational goals.
  • Prioritize tasks, manage changing deadlines, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform additional testing, troubleshooting, and manufacturing support duties as assigned.
Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, process flow diagrams, and electrical schematics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of quality standards, testing procedures, and manufacturing documentation.
Experience Requirements
  • 2 years of experience as a test technician.
  • Industrial gas industry experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of testing techniques, equipment operation, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Ability to accurately document test results and maintain detailed records.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, teamwork, and time-management skills.
  • Must provide personal work tools, including wrenches, ratchets, socket sets, screwdrivers, and a multimeter.
Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to assemble and disassemble equipment using hand tools.
  • Capable of standing, walking, bending, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the workday.
  • Ability to work overtime, including weekends, as required by production schedules.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Reliable attendance and commitment to workplace safety.
