Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical certification in electronics or related field preferred (e.g., IPC, MIL-STD, vocational training).
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience testing and troubleshooting electronic or electro-mechanical systems in manufacturing or aerospace/defense environments.
• Proven ability to use test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, and spectrum analyzers.
• Strong reading and interpretation skills for schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and verification of electronic and mechanical systems, focusing on the MMC product line.
• Conduct functional tests at board-level, subsystem, and full system levels (Digital, Analog, RF).
• Analyze test data, document results, and identify malfunctions to ensure product quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams to resolve technical issues and improve testing processes.
• Operate test equipment and software within a Windows-based environment, maintaining safety and quality standards.

As a Test Technician, you will be part of the Manufacturing Support Department supporting the Engineering and Production teams. Job Title: Test Technician

Location: Santa Ana, CA

Pay Range: $28-$29

Shift: 5:00am - 3:30pm, Monday through Thursday
