Job Title: Test Technician

Location: Irvine, CA 92618

Duration: 6 Months with Possible extension

Shift: 6:30am-3pm

Must Have:

• Experience working with 100X magnification micro-electronic parts.
• Vibration Testing - set up vibration plates.

Job Responsibilities:

• Complete work according to instructions, specifications, and procedures.
• Conduct a variety of tests and verifications on electro and electromechanical equipment, ensuring accuracy, productivity, and on-time delivery.
• Perform routine mechanical and/or electromechanical testing of small parts or components.
• Review schematics and instructions to confirm correct operation sequences.
• Test circuitry and components in amplifiers and electronic equipment.
• Troubleshoot circuits and components using schematic drawings and prints.
• Perform tests using equipment such as oscilloscopes, DVMs, signal generators, etc.
• Set up test equipment and conduct tests per specifications.
• Perform troubleshooting and failure analysis of analog and digital circuitry to the micro component level.
• Provide detailed failure descriptions and root cause analysis.
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment.
• Attend to other assigned responsibilities.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong electrical background and microelectronics understanding.
• Knowledge of testing, debugging, and troubleshooting circuits and mechanical assemblies.
• Good reading, comprehension, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications.
