The Test Technician position is located in Dixon, IL Performs detailed or routine test technician duties, including testing Aerospace Hydraulic components, assemblies, and products to support the plant operations.. This is a 1st shift position, Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 4:00pm.
Testing and Operation of Aerospace Hydraulic components, Electrical assemblies, and products, applying knowledge of mechanical components, Electrical, hydraulics, and hydraulic manifold assemblies.
Record and analyze test data to determine if the product meets the Acceptance Test Requirements
Coordinates and participates in installing the unit or system to be tested in test fixtures, connecting valves, pumps, hydraulic, mechanical, or electrical controls, cabling, tubing, power source, and indicating instruments to determine compliance.

Education consisting of a high school diploma/GED
Minimum of three years of experience working in a test technician role in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Mechanical/Electrical knowledge, hydraulic experience
Strong mechanical aptitude
Self-starter motivated by completion of objectives tied directly to company goals
Strong attention to detail, decision-making skills, and problem-solving ability
Demonstrated ability to learn, understand, and uphold Customer and Company requirements
Knowledge of AS9100 or related Aerospace working environment (preferred)
Experience in complex parts and production operations
Hourly Rate: $24.00
Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, including but not limited to applicable work experience, training, education, and performance.
This position is eligible for an annual incentive plan based on performance and company growth.
