Location & Work Hours

Test Technician position located in Dixon, IL. 1st shift Monday‑Friday, 4:00am to 2:00pm.

Role Responsibilities

• Test and operate aerospace hydraulic components, assemblies, and products.
• Apply knowledge of mechanical components, electrical assemblies, hydraulics, and hydraulic manifold assemblies.
• Record and analyze test data to determine if the product meets Acceptance Test Requirements.
• Coordinate and participate in installing units or systems to be tested in test fixtures, connecting valves, pumps, hydraulic, mechanical, or electrical controls, cabling, tubing, power source, and indicating instruments to determine compliance.
• Perform detailed or routine test technician duties as required to support plant operations.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a test technician role in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic knowledge with strong mechanical aptitude.
• Strong attention to detail, decision‑making skills, and problem‑solving ability.
• Self‑starter motivated by completion of objectives tied directly to company goals.
• Knowledge of AS9100 or a related aerospace working environment (preferred).
• Experience in complex parts and production operations.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Rate: $21.31. Actual salaries may vary based on experience, training, education, and performance. This position is eligible for an annual incentive plan based on performance and company growth.
