Job summary

Cirtronics Corporation in Milford, NH is hiring a full-time Test Support Specialist. You will perform complex PCB testing, troubleshoot electro-mechanical assemblies, and set up test equipment. You’ll develop procedures, document results, and assist with customer defect investigations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Test Technician or similar electronics test role.
• Ability to test and troubleshoot PCBs to component level.
• Experience with analog, digital, RF, optical circuitry.
• Proficiency reading schematics and technical documentation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Associate degree in Electronic Engineering preferred.

Join the team at Cirtronics in Milford, NH - just a short commute from Nashua and Manchester. We’re actively hiring for a full-time Test Support Specialist, with the opportunity to start in as little as 1–2 weeks.

What You’ll Do

• Perform complex testing and troubleshooting on printed circuit boards (PCBs) to component level
• Test and troubleshoot electro-mechanical assemblies at the system level
• Set up test equipment and execute a variety of test procedures using prints and schematics
• Develop test procedures to meet customer specifications and product requirements
• Document test results and maintain accurate production records
• Support customer return evaluations and troubleshooting activities
• Interface with customers to determine testing requirements for new product introductions
• Assist with training and mentoring new employees

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience as a Test Technician or in a similar electronics test role
• Proven ability to test and troubleshoot printed circuit boards to component level
• Experience working with analog, digital, RF, optical, and other electronic circuitry
• Knowledge of electrical circuits and electronic test methodologies
• Proficiency using oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and other electronic test equipment
• Capable of reading and interpreting schematics and technical documentation
• General computer proficiency and basic math skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to read and write in English
• Associate degree in Electronic Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience preferred
