You will provide technical expertise, develop processes, drive improvements, train teams, and collaborate with Engineering, SPC, Maintenance, and Machining to ensure quality and efficiency. The role offers a structured schedule and a collaborative work environment.

• Participate in new product introduction (NPI) quoting activities.
• Determine requirements for specialized tooling and fixtures.
• Develop manufacturing processes and procedures for new electromechanical products.
• Identify and implement process improvements for existing products and assemblies.
• Deliver training and technical guidance to manufacturing teams.
• Monitor quality metrics and address opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with Engineering, SPC, Maintenance, and Machining teams on technical initiatives.
• Evaluate new equipment and manufacturing technologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Train employees on equipment operation and safety practices.

What You'll Do
