We are looking to add new talent to our growing team! We are currently seeking a Staff Environmental Engineer to work in a technical support role with highly skilled professionals on diverse project teams in a dynamic environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing group and company and get involved in a variety of projects for a diverse range of clients. This is a full-time position located in our Boston, MA office.
In this role, you will work independently to conduct field investigations and site assessments for soil, groundwater, and surface water projects. You will support remedial system operations, construction oversight, and technical evaluation assignments. The position offers a mix of field and office tasks, including data reduction, report writing, feasibility studies, and regulatory compliance responsibilities. You’ll also draft technical sections for communications and reports, and work alongside senior engineers and multidisciplinary teams to contribute to project delivery, client satisfaction, and continuous professional development.

The salary range for this position inBoston, MA is $115,000 - $130,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based upon a variety of factors such as education, related work experience, certificates, skills, and current market conditions. Haley & Aldrich reviews salary ranges each quarter to assess competitiveness with the market.
