Job summary

Ariel Partners is seeking a Testing Manager to supervise test specialists and lead complex test programs. You will translate program requirements into testable objectives, develop strategies and plans, and assess system performance against stated requirements.

The role requires DoD approved 8570 Baseline Certification (IAT II) and active Secret Clearance, with collaboration across diverse organizations and client representatives to deliver actionable findings and recommendations.

Qualifications

• At least five years of relevant experience.
• Ability to supervise test specialists and manage complex, state-of-the-art test programs.
• Experience translating requirements into testable objectives and developing test strategies, cycles, plans, methodologies, analyses, and schedules.
• Ability to assess system performance independently, analyze test data, and communicate findings and recommendations to clients.
• Familiarity with commercial test environments and operating procedures.

• Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
• DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification, Category IAT Level II.
