Job summary

Lennox International is seeking an entry-level tester to support product testing initiatives under supervision. You will help test units, document results, and assist with troubleshooting to ensure quality in HVAC and refrigeration solutions.

What Drives Success

Under direct supervision, assists with testing products.

Tests units in order to ensure successful operation. Certifies product quality or identifies defect and documents test findings. Troubleshoots basic product/component problems analyzing the variables and drawing a conclusion on the best course of action.

What We Are Looking For

What We Offer

Compensation:This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $20.00/hour. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market, and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).
