Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking an HR Generalist in Minnesota to support the local HR team with employee records, compliance, training, interviewing, and policy guidance. The role involves day-to-day employee management, HR program administration, and maintaining strong relationships across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities include resolving complex HR issues, participating in HR workstreams, and staying current with regulatory changes and new technologies while supporting engagement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years of related HR experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High School Diploma with 5–7+ years of specific HR experience also qualifies.
• Master's degree is preferred for advanced HR responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the local HR team with employee records, compliance, training, interviewing, and projects as HR Generalist.
• Assist day-to-day employee management, support HR compliance initiatives, and help reduce legal risks.
• Administer and execute HR programs including compensation, benefits, and training.
• Develop and maintain employee relationships from frontline to senior management.
• Resolve complex HR problems, participate in workstream projects, and support engagement through investigations.
• Stay current with HR trends, regulatory changes, and new technologies.

Education

Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years experience

High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5-7+ years experience

Master's degree (preferred)

• Salary: While the published salary range reflects our standard posting guidelines, individual compensation is determined based on experience, qualifications, and the needs of the role.
• Schedule: Full Time - Onsite
  • Monday-Friday
  • Typically 8am-5pm with 1-2 later shifts per week to support our second shift team members

Position Responsibilities:

• Support the local Human Resources (HR) team with employee record administration, compliance with laws, training, interviewing, and special projects while providing policy guidance and interpretation to employees, as the Human Resources Generalist
• Assist in day-to-day employee management, support HR compliance initiatives, and help reduce legal risks to ensure compliance
• Administer and execute HR programs, including compensation, benefits, and training
• Develop and maintain employee relationships at all levels of the organization, from frontline to senior management
• Resolve complex problems using HR knowledge, engage in HR workstream projects, and support employee engagement through interviews and investigations
• Stay current with HR trends, regulatory changes, and new technologies
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master's Degree
