Job summary

Ralliant, operating PacSci EMC in Chandler, AZ, seeks a Test Engineer to own end-to-end test programs from planning to review. You will work with technicians, Design Engineering, and customers to ensure proper documentation, scheduling, and execution of tests.

The ideal candidate has 2-5 years in engineering, strong organization and communication skills, and a willingness to grow into program ownership. On-site role with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Mechanical preferred.
• 2-5 years of relevant engineering experience in test engineering or similar environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience analyzing technical data and drawing conclusions.
• Willingness to work on-site in Chandler, AZ with occasional extended hours.
• Ability to travel <5% to local external labs.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned test programs from planning through completion, coordinating schedules, procedures, resources, test readiness, execution support, data review, documentation, and follow-up actions.
• Develop, maintain, and support ATPs, with exposure to QTPs and QTRs as applicable.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure procedures, equipment, and resources are ready for testing.
• Work cross-functionally to resolve test-related issues and maintain program schedules.
• Coordinate testing with external labs and vendors, including quotes and SOWs.
• Analyze test and process data, identify trends, communicate findings, and support corrective actions.
• Support development, installation, verification, and calibration readiness of test equipment.
• Learn and utilize PacSci EMC systems and tools for test documentation and engineering masters.
• Participate in Process Safety Management, LEAN, and Continuous Improvement activities.
