Job summary

PacSci EMC in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Program Lead to own the site's automation strategy from design to full-scale production. You will guide the system design and development team, ensure disciplined execution, and align cross-functional partners to advance the Solon program.

The ideal candidate has deep controls, process, and automation engineering background, plus program management experience and the presence to communicate with leadership. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

BS in Engineering or equivalent experience required.
10+ years in automation, controls or manufacturing process engineering with program leadership.
Experience in electronics systems engineering in aerospace/defense/automotive is preferred.

Responsibilities

Set technical strategy and direction for site automation initiatives.
Lead and mentor the automation design and development team.
Manage end-to-end project delivery including scoping, timelines and risk mitigation.
Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain to align priorities.
Communicate with stakeholders and drive disciplined execution to completion.
Identify improvements and drive adoption of new tools and systems.
