Job summary

PacSci EMC is seeking a Test Engineer to own the planning, coordination, and documentation of assigned test programs in Chandler, AZ. This role focuses on end-to-end program ownership rather than hands-on testing, collaborating with technicians, engineering, program management, customers, vendors, and labs.

You will develop ATPs, coordinate resources, analyze data, and support calibration and test equipment readiness, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
• 2–5 years of relevant engineering/test experience.
• Ability to organize and coordinate technical work and meet schedules.
• Experience analyzing technical/test data and communicating conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned test programs from planning through completion, coordinating schedules and resources.
• Develop, maintain, and support ATPs, QTPs, and QTRs as applicable.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure readiness of procedures, equipment, and materials.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering, PM, Quality, and customers to resolve test issues.
