TPAPT is an association of local independent tutoring and test prep companies, and one of our chapters is hiring! We're seeking two to three PA-CAT test prep tutors to help students pursue their Physician's Assistant program.

We are looking for tutors who can provide online one-on-one tutoring sessions to pre-PA students taking the PA-CAT, a new test for PA school admissions that covers topics such as biology, chemistry, anatomy and physiology, statistics, and behavioral science.

The ideal candidate will have experience tutoring the PA-CAT, but candidates with MCAT tutoring experience are also encouraged to apply. The individual should be able to provide subject matter tutoring as well as help with practice problems.

Requirements

• An earned Bachelor's degree from a US-based 4-year degree-granting college or university
• 2 years of experience tutoring or teaching
• High standards of professionalism and lesson preparation
• Familiarity with either the PA-CAT (preferred) or MCAT exams
• Familiarity with the PA school admissions process
• Expertise with web-based tutoring, screen sharing, and document sharing tools
• Availability of 3-6 hours per week
