TPAPT PST Remote is seeking experienced Senior Tutors to provide ACT full test tutoring to high school students across the United States. This remote, part-time role offers flexible scheduling and ongoing assignments with a national nonprofit consortium.

Ideal candidates will have proven ACT tutoring success, at least 3 years of paid ACT tutoring experience, a Bachelor's degree or higher, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

The Association of Test Preparation, Admissions, and Private Tutoring (TPAPT) is searching for experienced and dedicated tutors to provide comprehensive ACT test prep tutoring to students in grades 9-12.

About TPAPT

TPAPT is a national nonprofit consortium of 15,000 local tutors and independent tutoring firms. One of our awesome chapters is seeking an experienced test prep specialists to provide remote 1:1 tutoring for the ACT admissions test.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, individualized instruction and test preparation for ACT students
• Develop customized lesson plans and practice tests tailored to each student's needs
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents
• Utilize effective teaching methods to build students' confidence and skills in test‑taking strategies
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality with all client interactions

Requirements

• Proven success with high scores on either/both SAT or/and ACT
• 5-20 hours per week of availability
• A minimum of 3 years of experience tutoring or teaching the full ACT test in a paid capacity.
• Strong understanding of ACT format, content, and test‑taking strategies
• Earned Bachelor’s degree or higher from a recognized institution
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for education and commitment to student achievement
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of students
