Aerotek is seeking a Test Operator in Memphis, TN, to support high-volume manufacturing. You will perform in-process and final testing of control panels and heat exchange units, troubleshoot electrical issues, and diligently document results for quality and compliance.
Reading electrical schematics, using voltmeters and other testing tools, and collaborating with electrical assembly technicians are essential. This is a contract-to-hire role with competitive pay and benefits.

The role follows a weekend night shift schedule, working Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. The facility is a lockdown, extremely clean, temperature-controlled manufacturing environment. The electrical assembly area consists of 11 cell stations with large, organized workspaces and a very quiet atmosphere that supports focus and teamwork. The department currently includes approximately 275 employees, with significant growth projected. The environment emphasizes safety and professionalism, with required attire including composite-toe or steel-toe footwear with rubber soles, jeans or work pants, and a t-shirt or polo. Large dangling jewelry, spandex, and exposed midriffs are not permitted. Employees regularly work with electrical wiring, HMI systems, hand tools, microscopes, and test equipment in a structured, team-based production setting.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Memphis, TN.
The pay range for this position is $28.75 - $28.75/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
