Job summary

Jabil Memphis is seeking a Test Operations Lead to direct test operators and technicians, manage schedules, and drive continuous improvement in quality and on-time delivery. You will set goals, monitor performance metrics, and ensure adherence to safety and company policies.

Key responsibilities include recruitment and retention, developing training curricula, coaching staff, and leading efforts to maintain testing procedures and 5S standards across the workcell.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (AS) and 2-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct test operations regarding the test operators and technicians; schedule, prioritize, communicate clearly, plan, report metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead recruitment, interview and hire operators; coach department staff in interviewing/hiring; monitor turnover and drive improvements.
• Identify strengths and development needs; create/train curricula; mentor operators; ensure 5S deployment.
• Establish measurable goals and objectives; track operational metrics and production schedules; provide feedback and coaching.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality and security policies; lead by example; manage large team during crises.
