Job summary

Celestica is seeking an Engineer, Test Manufacturing to define, install, support and optimize test equipment and programs used for product testing and verification. You will lead test process optimization to boost cycle time and yield, debug issues, and collaborate with Quality and Process engineers to resolve yield problems.

You will also develop roadmaps for test coverage and diagnosability, analyze data from yield reports, and support MES integration to ensure robust test solutions for final

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in related role.

Responsibilities

  • Define, specify, qualify, install, support and optimize test process and test equipment for manufacturing.
  • Lead test process optimization to improve cycle time and yield for a set of equipment.
  • Debug test processes using design of experiments, tools and failure analysis.
  • Collaborate with Quality, Process and Equipment engineers to resolve yield and performance issues.
  • Develop roadmaps for test coverage, diagnosability, reparability, and test time reductions.
  • Analyze yield reports and equipment logs to identify sources of yield loss.
  • Support process engineers to improve detection of known defects as part of a process control plan.
  • Assist in integrating test equipment with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
