Job summary

Celestica is seeking a Test Engineer to define, install and optimize test processes and equipment for manufacturing. You will lead improvements to cycle time and yield, and collaborate with Quality, Process and Equipment teams to solve yield and performance issues.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience in test engineering, a bachelor degree or equivalent, and proficiency in design of experiments and data analysis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1–3 years of relevant test engineering experience.
  • Experience with design of experiments (DOE) and data analysis.
  • Ability to collaborate with Quality, Process and Equipment teams.

Responsibilities

  • Define, specify, qualify, install, support and optimize test processes and equipment for manufacturing.
  • Lead test process optimization to improve cycle time and yield.
  • Debug test processes using DOE, tools and failure analysis methodologies.
  • Collaborate with Quality, Process and Equipment engineers to resolve yield and performance issues.
  • Develop roadmaps for test coverage, diagnosability, reparability, and test time reductions.
  • Analyze yield reports and logs to identify sources of yield loss.
  • Support MES integration for yield, tester logs, and parametric data.
