Job summary

Celestica Inc. is seeking an Engineer, Test Manufacturing - ICT in Fort Worth, TX to define, qualify, install and optimize test processes and equipment for PCBAs within a manufacturing context.

Responsibilities include leading test process optimization for productivity, performing DOE and fault analysis, collaborating with QA, Process and Equipment engineers, and supporting MES integration for yield, tester logs and product parameters.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience with ICT/PCB testing is preferred.
  • Knowledge of DOE and SPC concepts.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with QA, Process and Equipment engineers.

Responsibilities

  • Define, qualify, install and optimize test processes and equipment for PCBAs in manufacturing.
  • Lead test process optimization to improve productivity, cycle time and yield for a set of equipment.
  • Perform DOE and fault analysis to debug test processes and equipment.
  • Collaborate with Quality, Process and Equipment engineers to resolve yield and performance issues.
  • Develop improvement roadmaps for test coverage, diagnosability, reparability, test time reductions and OEE.
  • Analyze yield reports and equipment logs to identify sources of yield loss.
  • Support MES integration for yield, tester log and product parameter data.
