Job summary

Capgemini in New Jersey is seeking a Lead Test & Quality Engineering professional to oversee end-to-end test planning governance across multiple workstreams and applications. You will establish testing standards, manage data and environment strategies, and coordinate testing activities including automation, performance, security and integration testing.

• Experience defining and presenting testing metrics dashboards and status reports.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to improve quality engineering productivity and efficiency.
