Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and at least three years in developmental, operational testing, or training, with DoD environment familiarity and a valid driver's license. U.S.

• Familiar with coordinating plans, statements of work, and operating budgets.
• Experience with the development of work breakdown structures and implementing earned value management practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop customized test plans, cost estimates, and detailed technical approaches.
• Design and develop schedules, methods, devices, and equipment to meet test objectives.
• Coordinate plans, statements of work, and operating budgets.
• Develop work breakdown structures and implement EVMS practices.
• Act as primary customer contact for program activity.
• Manage all aspects of assigned projects.
• Other duties as assigned.
