Job summary

Systems Application & Technologies, Inc. (SA-TECH) seeks a Test Manager to support the Dugway Proving Ground program in Utah.

Lead test planning, scheduling, budgeting, and earned value management for DoD test initiatives, ensuring objectives are met and program risks are mitigated. The role requires 3 years of developmental/operational testing experience, strong coordination of SOWs and budgets, and a current DoD security clearance.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in developmental, operational testing or training.
• Experience developing test plans, cost estimates, and detailed technical approaches.
• Familiar with coordinating plans, statements of work, and operating budgets.
• Experience developing work breakdown structures and implementing earned value management practices.
• Current Driver’s License; able to be insured for driving company/work vehicles.
• U.S. Citizenship and DoD Secret Security Clearance prior to hire and maintenance of clearance.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening, physicals, and periodic retests.
• Must pass background screening including SSN, driving record, and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Develop customized test plans, cost estimates, and detailed technical approaches.
• Design and develop schedules, methods, devices, and equipment to provide test data and meet objectives.
• Coordinate plans, statements of work, and operating budgets.
• Develop work breakdown structures and implement earned value management practices.
• Act as primary customer contact for program activity.
• Manage all aspects of assigned projects.
• Other duties as assigned.
