Job summary

SA-TECH is seeking a Test Manager to support DoD programs at Dugway Proving Ground. The role focuses on developing test plans, schedules, budgets, and data collection methods to ensure mission success.

The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate statements of work, and manage project performance, schedule, and cost while maintaining DoD security requirements and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have three (3) years of experience in developmental, operational testing or training.
• Experience developing test plans, cost estimates, and detailed technical approaches.
• Familiar with coordinating plans, statements of work, and operating budgets.
• Experience with work breakdown structures and earned value management practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop customized test plans, cost estimates, and detailed technical approaches.
• Design and develop schedules, methods, devices, and equipment to provide test data and achieve objectives.
• Coordinate plans, statements of work, and operating budgets.
• Develop WBS and implement earned value management practices.
• Act as primary customer contact for program activity.
• Manage all aspects of assigned projects.
