Job summary

Systems Application & Technologies, Inc. (SA-TECH) in Dugway, UT is seeking a Range Scheduler / Junior Project Manager to support WDTC operations at Dugway Proving Ground. You will help schedule ranges, test areas, facilities, and resources, ensuring efficient usage and compliance with safety and scheduling procedures.

The role requires basic project-management experience, ability to coordinate with range operations, military units, and customers, and proficiency with MS Office tools. U.S.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent plus project management experience.
• Experience in scheduling, cost tracking, reporting, and customer communication.
• Ability to review WDTC CWO requirements and provide technical input.
• Develop and maintain daily to long-range schedules for testing and range activities.
• Knowledge of earned value management and cost estimation.
• Coordinate competing requirements across ranges, facilities, airspace, and resources.
• Proficiency with WDTC policies; MS Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint.
• U.S. Citizenship and DoD Security Clearance required; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and cost tracking and reporting.
• Coordinate and deconflict range use and resources for testing and training.
• Receive, review, and maintain requests for ranges and facilities.
• Serve as central point between Range Ops, managers, customers, contractors.
• Operate scheduling systems and ensure compliance with safety and regulations.
• Communicate status and conflicts to internal and external customers.
• Maintain documentation and support long-range planning.
