Tata Consultancy Services in Charlotte, NC seeks an experienced Delivery Test Lead to oversee end-to-end testing across complex applications, coordinating multiple technology and business teams to ensure production readiness and quality across the delivery lifecycle.

You will own test strategy, planning, execution, defect management, and liaison with SIT, E2E, regression, and UAT. Strong background in enterprise testing, change management, and agile environments is required for this role.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end testing activities across multiple applications, platforms, and dependent systems.
• Own overall test strategy, planning, execution, defect management, and closure.
• Provide hands-on leadership and expertise in enterprise testing and delivery activities.
• Coordinate SIT, E2E, regression, integration, and UAT testing across development, QA, business, and external teams.
• Drive Change Management activities including planning, impact assessment, implementation coordination, and production readiness.
• Manage dependencies across upstream and downstream applications for complete E2E coverage.
• Define test scope, entry/exit criteria, schedules, and quality gates.
• Track progress, defects, risks, and blockers; provide regular stakeholder updates.
• Lead defect triage and coordinate with dev teams to drive resolution and retesting.
• Coordinate with business, application, infrastructure, release, and production-support teams for successful implementation.
• Support release planning, cutover, and post-production validation.
• Identify delivery risks and mitigation plans; ensure compliance with quality and governance.

Role Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Test Lead with strong expertise in enterprise testing, Change Management, and End-to-End (E2E) Testing. The candidate will lead testing activities across complex applications, coordinate multiple technology and business teams, manage test delivery, and ensure production readiness and quality across the complete delivery lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end testing activities across multiple applications, platforms, and dependent systems.
• Own the overall test strategy, test planning, execution, defect management, and test closure activities.
• Provide hands-on leadership and expertise in enterprise testing and delivery activities.
• Coordinate SIT, E2E, regression, integration, and UAT testing across development, QA, business, and external teams.
• Drive Change Management activities, including change planning, impact assessment, implementation coordination, and production readiness.
• Manage dependencies across upstream and downstream applications to ensure complete E2E coverage.
• Define test scope, scenarios, entry/exit criteria, schedules, and quality gates.
• Track testing progress, defects, risks, dependencies, and blockers and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Facilitate defect triage meetings and work with development teams to drive defects through resolution and retesting.
• Coordinate with business, application, infrastructure, release, and production-support teams for successful implementation.
• Support release planning, change implementation, cutover, and post-production validation.
• Identify delivery and quality risks early and drive appropriate mitigation plans.
• Ensure testing complies with organizational quality, governance, audit, and change-control requirements.
• Provide leadership to QA/testing teams and ensure timely completion of testing milestones.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience as a Delivery Test Lead / Test Manager / QA Lead.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise testing.
• Strong End-to-End Testing experience involving multiple integrated applications.
• Good experience in Change Management and Release Management pro cesses.
• Strong knowledge of SIT, UAT, regression, integration, functional, and production validation testing.
• Experience in test planning, estimation, execution tracking, defect management, and reporting.
• Experience managing cross-application dependencies, risks, issues, and production readiness.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with geographically distributed technology and business teams.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum and enterprise delivery environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, coordination, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• BFSI/Banking domain experience.
• Experience handling large-scale, business-critical technology changes.
• Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, ALM/Quality Center, or equivalent test-management tools.
• Experience coordinating production releases, cutover activities, and post-implementation validation.

Additional Skills

Hands on in design and develop automated testing systems and frameworks. Strong Technical knowledge in Java, Selenium Framework designing Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
