Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end software testing activities across enterprise applications
• Oversee manual testing efforts to ensure high-quality software delivery
• Develop, maintain, and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases
• Utilize test management and defect tracking tools to monitor quality metrics
• Prepare and present testing reports using ALM, Power BI, and Excel
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to defined QA processes, standards, and best practices
• Support Agile/SAFe delivery models and participate in related ceremonies

Primary Skills (Must-Have)

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance
• Prior experience as a Testing Manager or Senior Test Lead
• Strong expertise in manual testing for enterprise applications
• Hands-on experience with ALM, Power BI (reporting), and advanced Excel
• Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools
• Solid understanding of Agile and SAFe methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong attention to detail with strict process adherence

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in regulated or audit-heavy environments
• Familiarity with ALM or similar test management platforms
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting dashboards
• Exposure to large-scale system implementations or migration projects
