Job summary

BCforward is seeking a highly motivated Test Manager in Phoenix, AZ for a long-term, hybrid role. Local candidates only.

The position requires 6+ years in software testing with 3+ years as an E2E Test Manager, strong QA background, and ideally Amex/US Consumer domain experience. Familiarity with SDLC, test strategies, and automation tools like Selenium, Cucumber, UFT, and REST Assured is expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in software testing with 3+ years as E2E Test Manager for large cross‑platform projects.
• Credit Card domain background is a must; Amex experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and QA processes from initiation to implementation.
• Experience with test strategies, data, and environment planning.
• Hands-on automation testing and debugging with REST Assured, Postman, etc.
• Familiarity with Rally, JIRA, ALM, SharePoint, Confluence for reporting.

BCforward is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Test Manager

Note: Candidate must be local to Phoenix, AZ.

Job Title: Test Manager

Job Location: Phoenix, AZ - Hybrid Job

Duration: Long-term

Pay Rate: $60 W2 and $70 CTC

Must haves:

• E2E Test management
• QA Background
• Former AMEX- Ideally is US Consumer and Digital
• 6+ yrs. experience in software Testing with 3+ yrs. experience as E2E Test Manager for large cross platform projects.
• Credit Card domain background is a must, Amex experience is preferred.
• Must have good knowledge on SDLC and QA process of projects from initiation to implementation.
• 7+ Hands on Expertise in developing and execution of test approach, test plans with milestones , coordination with all stakeholders and reporting.
• Subject matter expertise on Testing and QA processes, preparation of test strategies including test data and test environment.
• Hands on experience managing the definition, implementation, and integration of quality principles into the design and development of software and IT processes for the team.
• 5+ years' experience in monitoring, and analysis of testing quality metrics such as defect, defect counts, test results, and test status.
• Experience on test automation tools like Cucumber, Selenium, UFT, Tosca and should be able to determine the need, selection and implementation of Automation tools.
• Experience with Test data setup for test environment across a customer journey.
• Hands on experience in automation testing & debugging using tools like POSTMAN, SOAP UI, REST Assured,etc.
• Some experience with GenAI tools for process automation or efficiency.
• Well versed with agile testing reporting tools like Rally, JIRA, ALM, SharePoint, Confluence etc.
• Quality Assurance certifications like CTFL, CSTE, PMP or equivalent is a plus.
