Job summary

Yinlun TDI LLC in Morton, IL is seeking a Test Lab Technician to support lab testing of heat exchangers and thermal management products. You will set up, run, document tests and work with engineering to verify performance.

Requires an Associate degree in a technical field and at least 2 years in a lab or test environment; experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic systems and data acquisition is preferred. On-site role offering growth in a global manufacturing group.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical field is required.
• Minimum two years in a lab, testing, or manufacturing setting preferred.
• Experience operating mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or thermal testing equipment is preferred.
• Experience in automotive/manufacturing industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up laboratory equipment and test fixtures per engineering specs.
• Conduct mechanical and thermal testing on heat exchangers and components.
• Record, analyze, and report test results accurately and promptly.
• Prepare complete laboratory reports and verify testing documentation for accuracy.
• Maintain and troubleshoot lab fixtures and equipment; ensure safe operations.
