Job summary

Yinlun TDI LLC is seeking a Test Lab Engineer in Morton, IL to set up and run mechanical and thermal tests on heat exchangers. You will analyze results, interpret requirements, and prepare technical reports for product verification and validation.

This on-site role involves hands-on lab work, equipment maintenance, and collaboration with engineering teams to support development and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in mechanical/thermal engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on lab testing, verification, or durability testing preferred.
• Experience with heat exchangers or thermal management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and conduct mechanical and thermal testing on heat exchangers.
• Analyze test data and report results with clear documentation.
• Prepare technical reports and maintain lab records.
• Install and maintain test setups, plumbing, electrical wiring, and equipment.
