Job summary

AeroVironment, Inc. is seeking a Summer Intern in the Test Equipment Engineering domain. The role focuses on designing, developing, and deploying test equipment to validate PCBAs, subsystems, and AV systems during product development and manufacturing.

You will support C# / OOP software development in Visual Studio, assist in creating test plans, gather requirements, and contribute to test strategies while learning professional engineering practices and AV procedures.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a BS in a related engineering field.
• 0–2 years of test development or lab/manufacturing experience acceptable.
• Experience writing bug reports and basic root-cause analysis.
• Exposure to C# or LabVIEW is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist design and deployment of test equipment for PCBAs and AV systems.
• Support development of C# software within Visual Studio.
• Help develop test software in C# and review test plans and requirements.
• Analyze test results and help meet project timelines in a fast-paced environment.
