Job summary

Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) is seeking a Test Engineering Manager to lead our West Lafayette production test engineering teams in Indiana. The role provides strategic leadership for production test initiatives across engineering, manufacturing, and quality to ensure reliability and quality of SEL products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years of engineering and/or engineering management experience.
• Experience with electronics manufacturing test methodologies and production test systems (PCB testing, automated test solutions).

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy production test strategies for new product introductions (NPI).
• Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing to deploy test systems ensuring quality and scalability.
• Drive continuous improvement of product quality, test coverage, throughput, and automation.
